- To facilitate community visibility of local equestrians, equine supported businesses, and the recognition of local equestrians and ranchers.
- To maintain a community calendar of equine related events.
- To work with local and county officials to develop acceptable criteria for expanding current animal use regulations.
- To work with the Ramona High School Agricultural Department, The Future Farmers of American, The 4-H leaders, and other similar groups to facilitate equestrian and/or ranch related educational opportunities for youth.
